In Europe, where the DST applies, the time change takes place on the MAWAQIT screen without any intervention on the user part.

The change takes place at midnight, on the day of the daylight saving time change.

The only thing you have to do, as a mosque administrator, is to fill in the calendar of prayer times without taking into account the dayling saving time, meaning that you have to leave the winter time all year round.
